OVERVIEW
One of the world's most recognisable Champagnes whose consistency year in year out is truly remarkable. The special cuvée is a Pinot Noir dominated blend of Grand and Premier cru vineyard parcels and is cellar aged for twice the required duration to give that quintessential special cuvée flavour. You can't beat a bit of Bolly.

This champagne will match well with shellfish and seafood, hard cheese and cured hams.
VINTAGE AND WINEMAKING
This non vintage champagne is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier with 85% of the grapes coming from Grand or Premier cru vineyards. Eight grams of sugar is used in the dosage.
