Warranty Information

If you've bought a wine cooler or wine cabinet via CoolerSomm then it came with a two or three year parts and labour warranty from the manufacturer and this is registered by our suppliers at the time of purchase. You don't need to do anything to register your warranty.

The repairs to your wine fridge will be carried out either by the manufacturer directly if they have a UK service team or by our suppliers team.

Only Swisscave currently offer a warranty extension to UK customers as they have their own UK servicing team and that 5 year extension can be registered with us at the time of purchase.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK and Ireland the warranty will include parts only.
