The wine’s well-integrated tannins and smooth texture are enhanced by aged cheeses such as Cheddar, Gouda, and Parmesan. For a vegetarian option, mushroom risotto and grilled portobello mushrooms bring out the wine's earthy undertones. Enjoy at a slightly cooler temperature, around 16-18°C, and this will benefit from decanting to fully reveal its aromatic and flavour complexity.
