For the Rioja Blanco, Valenciso uses a small portion of oak in the winemaking process, aging the wine in French barrels, which contributes to its subtle complexity without overpowering the fruit character. The wine is often made with a meticulous blend of old-vine Viura and Garnacha Blanca grapes, creating a wine that is both traditional and modern in style.
