PRODUCT OVERVIEW
To use the wine cooler as a multiple zone wine fridge then set the minimum temperature at the bottom of the cellar and the maximum temperature at the top (between 5-22°C). The gap between these two temperatures is automatically divided to create up to six different temperature zones in the one fridge. If the same temperature is set at the top and the bottom the fridge remains one constant temperature.

The VIP196 offers your wine collection perfect protection from all the elements that can age a wine prematurely, with no vibration, stable temperatures and regulated light with a double glazed tempered door with anti-UV protection. The charcoal filter and regulated hygrometry rate ensure a safe environment, the door lock provides a secure one too.
The illustration below shows how the wine cooler can work either with fans turned on or off to either maintain a constant temperature or keep a range of temperatures throughout the wine cooler. The VIP196 comes with four thermometers so you can accurately regulate the temperature of your wines throughout the unit.
The La Sommeliere range is manufactured in Europe and there are a team of UK technicians to support your wine cooler should you need assistance. This product comes with a 2 year warranty.
The Prestige VIP196 is adaptable to your home with reversible door, attachable wheels and adjustable feet. The fridge can operate in an ambient temperature of 10-43°C allowing storage in a garage, cellar or sun-room.

This wine fridge/wine cabinet can hold up to 195 Bordeaux style bottles on 6 wooden shelves (including one display shelf).
The best way to optimise space in your wine fridge is to stack the same bottle type (Bordeaux or Burgundy or Alsace for example) on the same shelves.
