Combining traditional wine maturation with the latest bottle recognition technology, the ECELLAR185 closely mimics the conditions of a tradition Chateau cellar holding a steady temperature (which can be set between 5-20°C) and uses a carbon filter to benefit the long term maturation of wine. These traditional maturation techniques paired with the latest technology in mobile app cellar management (compatible with Vivino) makes the ECELLAR185 the ultimate wine cellar for the modern wine collector.
With space for 185 bottles on wide shelving that can accommodate all bottle types including Champagne bottles, this is the wine cabinet of the collector who has a range of special bottles from all over the world. With 14, smart, sliding shelves and white LED lighting, this is La Sommeliere's showcase cellar and has a premium look and feel.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
This wine cabinet can be programmed between 5-20°C allowing for the safe storage of any type of wine. It can be set to the universal 12°C which will mature both red and white wines perfectly well, or move the temperature up or down to wine service if you wish to use the cabinet only for one type of wine.
This wine cabinet though was designed with the eclectic collector in mind. Benefitting from wide gapped shelving, bottles shapes from all over the world will fit neatly into this wine cabinet. The Vinotag technology, that pairs with Vivino, makes cellar management automatic and smooth sailing.
This wine cabinet benefits from a winter function, which means that even if there are reductions in ambient temperature with the seasons or with night and day your wines are kept at the same temperature. The anti-vibration technology and carbon filter, plus UV protected glass door ensure the perfect conditions for cellaring wine.
The La Sommeliere range is manufactured in Europe and there are a team of UK technicians to support your wine cabinet should you need assistance. This product comes with a 2 year warranty.
SMART SHELVES
The ECELLAR185 innovation lies in its smart shelves. Equipped with 12 sensors, they automatically detect the adding and removals of bottles, and report each movement in your app.
Take a picture of your bottle label to identify it, then place it wherever you want, the ECELLAR185 detects it automatically ; ECELLAR185 records each bottle and its location.
The smart connected shelves have been developed to accommodate a large number of bottle formats up to 9.5 cm diameter. The Bordeaux bottle format is no longer the norm, and the cellar stores all your favourite bottles without exception

This wine cabinet can hold up to 185 Bordeaux style bottles on 14 sliding shelves.
The best way to optimise space in your wine fridge is to stack the same bottle type (Bordeaux or Burgundy or Alsace for example) on the same shelves.

The La Sommeliere ECELLAR185 is a freestanding wine cabinet and for best use should have free space around it of around 5-10 inches to ensure proper ventilation. This product should not be built in or integrated into any casing or shelving.
