The ECS81.2Z benefits from two temperature zones, each programmable between 5-20°C allowing for great flexibility in either long term storage or wine service for reds, whites and sparkling wines. The ECS81.2Z is an upgrade on the ECS80.2Z and is much quieter at just 37dB.
This elegant, quiet and efficient wine cooler from premium brand, La Sommeliere, reliably protects your wine over the long term thanks to it's exactly held temperatures, UV protected sleek black door and anti-vibration technology. The two temperature zones can be set between 5-20°C but the upper zone must be set cooler than the lower zone.

How many bottles will the LA SOMMELIERE ECS81.2Z hold?
This wine cooler can hold up to 75 Bordeaux style bottles on 7 wooden shelves. The lower area of the fridge can be used to store larger bottle formats like magnums or champagne bottles.
The best way to optimise space in your wine fridge is to stack the same bottle type (Bordeaux or Burgundy or Alsace for example) on the same shelves.

How do I install this wine cooler?
The La Sommeliere ECS81.2Z is a freestanding wine cooler and should not have shelving built around it. Ideally the wine fridge needs 2-3 inches of space around it for ventilation. The unit is not suitable for under-counter use.
