Like most wine cooler producers, capacity sizes are referenced using Bordeaux style bottles. This wine cooler holds 12 bottles while the wooden sliding shelves are full mounted.
The best way to optimise space in your wine fridge is to stack the same bottle type (Bordeaux or Burgundy or Alsace for example) on the same shelves.
