This aesthetically attractive, single zone wine cabinet can be programmed between 5-20°C allowing for the safe storage of any type of wine. It can be set to the universal 12°C which will mature both red and white wines perfectly well, or move up to 18°C to cellar the finest clarets, or anywhere in-between, the choice is yours.
The range of shelving within this unit allows for great flexibility in storage with angled display shelves, regular front to back shelves and side on shelving within the unit also allowing space for Champagne and magnums.
How does the MILLESIME160 guard against the elements that can cause a wine to prematurely age, humidity, sunlight, vibration and temperature? With the latest La Sommeliere technology your wine collection is safe from UV light due to the external casing and UV protected glass door. The humidity is kept at an ideal 50-85% thanks to the automatic humidity control and the charcoal filter purifies the air. The anti-vibration technology ensures sediments are not disturbed and the temperature control, alarmed for fluctuations, ensures your wine collection is neither too hot nor too cold.
This wine cabinet benefits from a winter function, which means that even if there are reductions in ambient temperature with the seasons or with night and day your wines are kept at the same temperature. This allows for storage in a garage or outbuilding as well as inside the home/restaurant.
The La Sommeliere range is manufactured in Europe and there are a team of UK technicians to support your wine cabinet should you need assistance. This product comes with a 2 year warranty.
