PRODUCT OVERVIEW
To use the wine cooler as a multiple zone fridge then set the minimum temperature at the bottom of the cellar and the maximum temperature at the top (between 5-20°C). The gap between these two temperatures is automatically divided to create up to six different temperature zones in the one fridge. If the same temperature is set at the top and the bottom the fridge remains one constant temperature.

The VIP185 offers your wine collection perfect protection from all the elements that can age a wine prematurely, with no vibration, stable temperatures and regulated light with a double glazed tempered door with anti-UV protection. The charcoal filter and regulated hygrometry rate ensure a safe environment, the door lock provides a secure one too.
The illustration below shows how the wine cooler can work either with fans turned on or off to either maintain a constant temperature or keep a range of temperatures throughout the wine cooler. The VIP185 comes with four thermometers so you can accurately regulate the temperature of your wines throughout the unit.

How do I install this wine cooler?
The La Sommeliere VIP185 is a freestanding wine cabinet only and should not be built into carpentry. The fridge needs 30cm above to vent and 5cm all around.
