The MILLESIME190DB provides various shelf configurations, including three standard shelves and two lateral ones, offering flexibility for storing bottles either sideways or in a back-to-front position. The cellars also feature sliding shelves made from rot-resistant solid sapele wood, designed to hold bottles either upside down or with the labels facing forward for easy viewing.
Shelving:
The sliding shelves are equipped with a safety mechanism to prevent sliding and tipping over. The Sapelli (mahogany) shelves are renowned for their vibration-absorbing capabilities, ensuring superior wine preservation by minimizing turbidity risks. Additionally, they promote consistent airflow for efficient ventilation and a stable temperature throughout the entire cellar.

Hygrometry:
