With a sleek design, full stack telescopic shelving, a recessed handle for a clean lines look and hinges that allow the door to open within a flush fitting, the CELLA range offer a wine cabinet that can truly be built in and flush fitting or be left freestanding. The door can also be reversed allowing for two to be placed together and opening from the centre.
This single zone wine fridge offers all the latest technology needed for wine service or wine storage with a carbon filter for wine maturation, a winter system allowing it to be placed in a garage, cellar or colder room in the home plus a physical lock and key for added security.
The shelving height is 85mm in diameter which works for most bottle shapes although with very wide based Champagne or Domaine bottles partial shelf removal may be required.

WINE FRIDGE VERSATILITY
The CELLA FWS163-BLACK wine fridge can be used for long term wine storage or for service with a wide ranging temperature setting and automatic humidity management. The smart and stylish design allows for placement in a garage or cellar, freestanding or perfectly integrated into a 595mm gap. The hinges open upon themselves meaning the unit can be flush fitted into carpentry and the recessed handle keeps the clean lines aesthetic of a modern kitchen. The depth of the unit is 71cm.
FEATURES AND SECURITY
The new CELLA storage units all feature an updated LCD display which allows you to easily control the temperature, lighting mode and there is also a built in child lock to ensure the settings can not be changed, ensuring your wines are kept safe.
All of the CELLA storage units also have built in alarms to keep your wines safe, there are numerous sensors around the wine fridge which monitor the temperature, whether the door has been left open etc - the alarms are both visual and audible.
With a lock and key, the wines are kept physically safe also.
LATEST IN WINE FRIDGE TECHNOLOGY
The FWS163-BLACK has everything needed to mature fine wine including an anti-vibration system, carbon filter and an invertor compressor which limits running time (vibration).
The CELLA products feature an interchangeable charcoal filter located on the back wall of the wine fridge that can be easily unclipped and replaced. This membrane is designed to absorb unwanted odors by binding to the activated charcoal filter membrane, effectively controlling the odors within the fridge.
The storage range utilises a digitally controlled Embraco inverter compressor, which can adjust its speed based on demand and ambient conditions, resulting in reduced vibrations and increased energy efficiency compared to competitors in its price range.

The Cella brand has basically taken all the best components from the very latest in wine storage technology from premium brands and fused this with clever design features that mean these wine fridges are incredibly flexible when it comes to placement around the home. They're flush fitting or freestanding wine cabinets.
The ability to serve wine at the ideal service temperature or use the fridge for wine maturation is also helpful. The stylish look, with lighting up and down the length of the fridge also give a 'gastro' feel that makes this wine fridge look perfectly in keeping in a restaurant too. With an extendable warranty its hard to fault this product at this price point. Those with lots of wide based Champagne and Burgundy bottles may find the shelf height an issue but with careful organising of the fridge the larger bottles can be accommodated with shelf removal.

What is the bottle capacity of the CELLA FWS163-BLACK?
Like most wine cooler producers, capacity sizes are referenced using Bordeaux style bottles. This wine cooler holds 161 bottles on 15 beech shelves when full stacked. With a row height of 855mm, most Burgundy and some sparkling wine bottles will fit on the shelves but particularly wide based bottles will not and shelf removal will be required.
The best way to optimise space in your wine fridge is to stack the same bottle type (Bordeaux or Burgundy or Alsace for example) on the same shelves.
