The polyvalent technology means, with fans off, the cabinet will range between 8°C from top to bottom depending on what you set the middle zone at. So if you set it at 12°C, you can have your wines for maturing at the top, Champagnes and whites from drinking today in the bottom third and your reds in the top third. For example, setting the unit at 12°C will create a range of 8°C - 12° - 16°C from bottom to the top.
It can hold up to 264 bottles on 5 fixed wooden shelves and features vinotag compatibility plus a lock and key. The winter system adjusts to ambient climatic conditions ranging from 0 to 32°C, making this wine cabinet ideal for maturing wine. It can be set up in your home, garage, or outbuilding.
