How many bottles will the SWISSCAVE WLU-160DF hold?
Like most wine cooler producers, capacity sizes are referenced using Bordeaux style bottles. This wine cooler holds 50 bottles without shelving and 40 wine bottles including the telescopic mahogany shelving.
The best way to optimise space in your wine fridge is to stack the same bottle type (Bordeaux or Burgundy or Alsace for example) on the same shelves.
Can I pay for this wine fridge in instalments?

What are the Premier Care Packages?

Can I customise this wine fridge to suit my needs?
With adjustable feet for leveling, the wine fridge can come up or down to your counter height, the door can not be reversed, the warranty can be extended to 4 years.
What is the energy rating of this wine cooler?
Pre March 2021 this wine fridge had an energy efficiency rating of "A" but with the changes to the efficiency scale this wine fridge now ranks "G". How do I install this wine cooler?
The WLU-160DF is a front venting wine cooler which means it can be used as a freestanding or a built in unit with cabinets built around it sitting under a countertop. It is sensible to leave a 1cm gap to the rear of the unit and also a 1.5cm gap to the side as Swisscave doors have an overhand of approximately 1.5cm - so to have the wine cooler sitting flush, this will need to be accounted for at installation. Once an order is placed we will contact you immediately to confirm the order and then within a few working hours you'll receive the delivery survey from our logistics partner allowing you to pick an expedited (1-3 working days) delivery date. If you need delivery later than 1-3 days we can hold the unit until a suitable date for up to three months.
On the date of delivery we will give you a time slot when you can expect delivery and the driver will call one hour before arrival.
