Introducing La Sommeliere's first smart wine cellar from their award-winning Traditional range, new for 2023 and with the latest cellar management technology, the ECELLAR150 is a multi-zone wine cabinet with a difference. The Multi Zone unit can be used as a single zone wine cabinet and set between 5-20°C or a multi-zone, ideal for cellaring a selection of wine and using the two other sections for wine service.
A cellar for wine maturation, the ECELLAR150 reproduces the storage conditions of a natural cellar to accompany your wines to their peak: temperature to the nearest degree; controlled hygrometry; Light protection; Filtration and aeration system; Anti-vibration system. These traditional maturation techniques paired with the latest technology in mobile app cellar management (compatible with Vivino and Vinotage) makes the ECELLAR150 the ultimate wine cellar for the modern wine collector.
With space for 149 bottles on wide shelving that can accommodate all bottle types including Champagne bottles, this is the wine cabinet of the collector who has a range of special bottles from all over the world. With 11, smart, sliding shelves and white LED lighting, this is La Sommeliere's showcase cellar and has a premium look and feel.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
This versatile and intuitive wine cabinet was designed with the eclectic fine wine collector in mind offering all manner of technologies to adapt to your collection. Benefitting from wide gapped shelving, bottles shapes from all over the world will fit neatly into this wine cabinet. The Vinotag technology, that pairs with Vivino, makes cellar management automatic and smooth sailing. The multi zone settings means your storage can adapt as your collection changes.
This wine cabinet benefits from a winter function, which means that even if there are reductions in ambient temperature with the seasons or with night and day your wines are kept at the same temperature. The anti-vibration technology and carbon filter, plus UV protected glass door ensure the perfect conditions for cellaring wine.
The La Sommeliere range is manufactured in Europe and there are a team of UK technicians to support your wine cabinet should you need assistance. This product comes with a 2 year warranty.
SMART SHELVES
The ECELLAR150 innovation lies in its smart shelves. Equipped with 12 sensors, they automatically detect the adding and removals of bottles, and report each movement in your app.
Take a picture of your bottle label to identify it, then place it wherever you want, the ECELLAR150 detects it automatically ; ECELLAR150 records each bottle and its location.
The smart connected shelves have been developed to accommodate a large number of bottle formats up to 9.5 cm diameter. The Bordeaux bottle format is no longer the norm, and the cellar stores all your favourite bottles without exception
MULTI-ZONE
The ECELLAR150 can be used as either a single zone with a range between 5-20°C or a Multi-Zone wine cabinet where the temperature ranges below can be achieved. This is particularly helpful if you'd like to use the wine cabinet for partial service and partial storage as your whites and Champagnes can fill the bottle shelves, your reds can be served at room temp at the top and your fine wines stored for long term maturation in the middle. This wine cabinet can hold up to 149 Bordeaux style bottles on 11 sliding shelves.
The best way to optimise space in your wine fridge is to stack the same bottle type (Bordeaux or Burgundy or Alsace for example) on the same shelves.

The La Sommeliere ECELLAR150 is a freestanding wine cabinet and for best use should have free space around it of around 5-10 inches to ensure proper ventilation. This product should not be built in or integrated into any casing or shelving.
