The polyvalent technology means the temperatures split through the cabinet in a range of 8°C, so if you set it at 12°C, the bottom section will be 8°C, the middle 12°C and the upper 16°C or turn off the fans to use the wine cabinet as a single zone wine cooler and set it anywhere between 6-18C.
The charcoal filter, winter system and wide ranging ambient temperature use makes this the ideal wine cabinet for maturing wine that can be set up in the home or a garage or outbuilding.

The DVP305G is an efficient and great looking wine cabinet but it also contains some of the best wine cooling technology available on the market today that will protect your wine and is perfect for long term storage and ageing. The UV protected glass door protects your wine from harmful UV rays. The humidity control keeps your wines within the safe 55-85% range which means labels do not dry out and mold doesn't develop. The temperature can be set between 6-18°C which can store any kind of wine perfectly and the cabinet also comes with a lock so no one can break into your wine cabinet.
The anti-vibration technology holds your wines totally still so no molecules become excited by vibration and the sediment remains still. The charcoal filters ensure no bad odours can develop in the cabinet and the winter system ensures that, even if the ambient temperature dips, your wines remain at a stable temperature. All these failsafes ensure your wine collection matures safely.
With the 294 bottle capacity, you have lots of room for irregular shapes bottles like Champagne, magnums, jeroboams or bottles of Travaglini's Gattinara!
