PRODUCT OVERVIEW
This wine fridge has the capacity, fully shelf mounted, to hold 39 Bordeaux style bottles. Larger format bottles, like Dom Perignon Champagne would require partial shelf removal whilst Burgundy and Alsatian bottles will fit upon the shelves.
With two temperature zones, each with the ability to be set between 5-20°C, the wine fridge offers maximum flexibility for lovers of red or white wine and even for long term storage. If both red and white wine will be kept in the fridge the bottom zone has to be the warmer of the two zones and both zones need to be set at least 5°C apart. Both red and white wine should be long term cellared at 12°C but the ideal temperature for serving reds is between 14-18°C depending on the type of wine and 5-9°C for white wine making this fridge ideal for that purpose.

The WineCave 700 50D Modern is a built in wine fridge and vents from a panel at the bottom, front of the wine fridge that must be kept free of obstruction.
