The mQuvée Velvet range are the top of the line offering of wine cabinets from Swedish brand; mQuvée. The Velvet range offers customisable wine storage and comes with 3 shelves as standard but wine drawers and display shelves can be added in any combination the wine lover likes to best display and store their wine collection. The Velvet 100 model offers a shallow depth of 57cm, so can be easily installed into a kitchen aperture. As the wine fridge is front venting, there is no need to leave space around the sides or back of the unit.
The core advantages of the Velvet 100 Glass unit are four. Firstly, the user controlled humidity levels for extra protection for your wine and their labels. Secondly, the removable and customisable internal shelving. Thirdly, the carbon filter for long term wine maturation and finally, the winter system that allows the unit to be placed out of the home and in a garage with the ability to use the wine fridge as both a built in or freestanding unit.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
This wine fridge has the capacity, fully shelf mounted, to hold 142 Bordeaux style bottles. The unit comes with 3 shelves but more shelves and wine drawers can be added in any combination the wine enthusiast needs to perfectly match their wine collection. Simply ask us at check out if you'd like to add more drawers and shelves.
With one temperature zone that can be set between 5-22°C, the user has great flexibility over both temperature and humidity with independently set humidity controls also available.
This wine fridge also features a carbon filter and UV-resistant door to ensure your wines are correctly stored in optimal conditions. If you’ve decided on a built-in cabinet, the panel in front of the plinth on the wine storage cabinet can be removed to allow proper air circulation. As a free-standing cabinet, it looks best with the panel on.
Note: This wine storage cabinet comes with 3 storage shelves only as standard. You can rearrange your cabinet to suit your needs by removing or adding more shelves which are available in drawer, shelf and display shelf format. The images here are meant to serve as inspiration.

How many bottles will the Velvet 100 Glass hold?
Like most wine cooler producers, capacity sizes are referenced using Bordeaux style bottles. This wine cooler holds 142 bottles while shelves are full mounted.
The best way to optimise space in your wine fridge is to stack the same bottle type (Bordeaux or Burgundy or Alsace for example) on the same shelves.

There is a five year warranty on all mQuvee BeerServer, WineCave, WineKeeper and Velvet range products with a three year warranty on WineExpert and Winestore products on all mQuvee products bought from January 2024, pre January 2024 benefits from a two year warranty only.
Can I customise this wine fridge to suit my needs?
The door can be reversed and the height adjusted by 8cm.
What is the energy rating of this wine cooler?
Pre March 2021 this wine fridge had an energy efficiency rating of "A" but with the changes to the efficiency scale this wine fridge now ranks "G". How do I install this wine cooler?
The mQuvée Velvet 100 Glass is a freestanding or built in wine fridge and vents from a panel at the bottom, front of the wine fridge. This panel should not be obstructed.
