Description
The EuroCave Pure Collection is a highly customisable wine cabinet designed to bring wines to their ideal serving temperatures while providing flexible, attractive storage. Its two independent temperature compartments allow red wines to be stored between 15–20°C, while white wine and champagne are maintained between 5–11°C. The cabinet combines elegant presentation with practical functionality, featuring amber LED lighting and a choice of door finishes, including Solid Black Piano, Full Glass, or Glass with a black frame, with or without a handle. Its interior can be tailored to individual requirements using a selection of fixed or sliding wooden-front shelves and specialist storage options. Configurations include 12-bottle sliding storage, 10-bottle champagne storage, 72-bottle storage and 32-bottle presentation capacity. The layout can also be adapted over time as requirements change, while dedicated shelf areas provide space for wine identification.
For enhanced protection, the Pure Collection features EuroCave’s exclusive “Main du Sommelier” bottle support, designed with sommeliers to securely accommodate different bottle shapes while helping minimise the effects of vibration. Wine security is further supported by a dual-action lock, while visual alarms alert users to temperature faults, sensor faults and an open door. A touch-control LCD panel displays the actual cabinet temperature, providing precise and intuitive control. Additional features include automatic defrosting, UV-screened doors, wintering function, charcoal-filter alarm and 37dB noise emission. The cabinet measures H 1825 × W 680 × D 720mm and is available for built-in installation when ventilation and electrical requirements are followed. It comes with a 5-year parts, labour and travel guarantee, with spare parts available for 11 years from manufacture.

How many bottles will the EUROCAVE D Pure Large hold?
With the sliding shelf pack the D-Pure will hold 170 bottles, with the display pack 150 bottles.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
The D-Pure-L with full glass door is a stock item so should deliver within 5 working days. Other EuroCave wine fridges are made to order and take around 40 working days to manufacture however a small stock does reside in the UK of the most popular units for same week delivery.
The professional team at Jewell will deliver and install your wine fridge in a room of choice and also take away an old wine fridge if required. If you require removal of our old wine fridge please contact us post purchase to book that service.
