The EuroCave D-INSP-M is a stylish, dual-zone wine serving cabinet designed to fit inside a kitchen tower aperture. Bringing elegance and discretion, the product is divided into two compartments, providing multiple temperatures that allow the perfect serving of red wine (13°C and 18°C) white wine and champagne (6°C and 11°C). The cabinet's vacuum sealing system also allows you to store an open bottle for up to 10 days, depending on the type of wine and its vintage (not applicable for sparkling wine).
When you choose the EuroCave D-INSP-M, you can store, display or stand your full or open bottles upright according to your requirements, since all Inspiration models allow the freedom to choose from three types of shelving - perfect for that additional touch of personalisation.
With all the maturation technology of a regular EuroCave product (carbon filter, humidity regulation) the D-INSP-M is a fantastic addition to your home available in black or stainless steel.

Conditions of a Natural Cellar:
The dual-temperature wine serving cabinet provides all the benefits of a natural cellar, with multi temperature ranges that can be set between 6°C - 11°C for the top compartment (cooling) and 13°C - 18°C for the bottom compartment. This ensures a controlled temperature and appropriate humidity is provided for the specific type of wine you're serving.
The Shelf Packs
Choose from glossy black or light oak sliding shelves to store, stand and display your wine bottles.
The "Main du Sommelier" (Sommelier's hand) bottle support is a structure in two materials fastened to the shelf and detachable.
It protects your bottles from vibration and holds them securely on the shelf, according to their shape and size.
Its design came about from working with sommeliers, so it seemed only natural to name it after them.
Choice of Doors:
The D-INSP-M is available with a full glass door or a full glass door with a stainless steel frame to best suit your kitchen design.
Safety:
Your wine cabinet's contents are safeguarded by a dual-action lock. Alarms ensure the protection of your wine if the door remains open, or if there's a temperature sensor or humidity limit breach. A visual alert signals when it's time to change the filter.
Control Panel:
Manage your wine cabinet effortlessly with the tactile control panel featuring backlit keys. For added assurance, the actual humidity and temperature inside the cabinet are displayed, rather than merely the settings.

TheD-INSP-M with full glass door is a stock item so should deliver within 5 working days. Some EuroCave wine fridges are made to order and take around 40 working days to manufacture however a small stock does reside in the UK of the most popular units for same week delivery, like this one.
