This DOCG Prosecco di Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Superiore from premium Prosecco producers, Bisol, is one of the most reliably excellent wines from the region. Their Crede is the their vintage Prosecco and in our opinion one of the best value Prosecco wines, reliably excellent and shows great typicity.

Bright silver-yellow. Salty with wet stone on the nose, delicate yellow fruit and white blossom. Very juicy and clear on the palate, tightening up nicely with a light hint of Mediterranean herbs. Exciting. 92 Points. Falstaff Magazine

Crede will pair well with with a range of Italian meats and cheeses, we enjoy drinking this Bisol prosecco with antipasto.
VINTAGE AND WINEMAKING
The grapes are hand harvested, 85% Glera grapes grown on clay soils.

The undisputed kings of Prosecco, the Bisol family put real heart and soul into a wine region that too often is all about yields and too little about quality. That philosophy is changing in Prosecco but the family Bisol have been spearheading quality in these parts for at least a generation now.
With their own proprietary grapes and winery, Bisol look to inject quality all along the production line from hand harvesting to the latest techniques in winemaking.
