General
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years old. Each order of goods from the CoolerSomm website will be treated as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
Special Conditions apply to certain items and are set out on the pages describing those items.
We reserve the right to refuse an order from anyone at any time without reason.
Description of Goods
As a reseller of goods we attempt to publish relevant, up to date and accurate information and images relating to these goods and products. All information and images found on our website are published with the intention of giving the best approximate description we can. While every attempt is made to keep all the product information relevant, accurate and up to date we can not guarantee all the details published on our website. For example, if a selling price is incorrect or an item has become unavailable. Full detailed specifications of all the products we sell are available from the manufacturer's brochures or their websites. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources.

All customer reviews of the products we sell on our website are the opinions of our customers and are not part of the specification or description of the product. We shall not be liable if any of the information contained in a customer review proves inaccurate.
Payment and Price
All prices on our website include sales tax but exclude delivery. Delivery is calculated at check out and made known before final payment.
The total price payable for your order will be stipulated at the time when you place your order and payment taken whether or not the order has been confirmed. We reserve the right to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, shipping prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed.
All payments will be taken in pound sterling regardless of your local currency.
Payment by Instalments Option
Payments made by instalments via PayPal operate as a credit contract between the customer and PayPal.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Amex, PayPal, Google Pay and Shop Pay. When making a payment you must use the billing address that is registered with your payment method or payment may be declined. Providing incorrect information or having your payment declined will result in the order being rejected and no order being placed. Your order will only be confirmed once we have received completed payment.
Discount Codes
We offer discount codes on selected products to our email subscribers (CoolerSomm members). Discount codes will be available for a specific time length with eligible dates clearly visible. Discount codes can be withdrawn at any time. Discount codes can only be used one at a time and only one can be placed on any one order. Discount codes are for the benefit of our email subscribers (CoolerSomm members) and should not be used by non-subscribers. We reserve the right to de-activate discount codes at any time and re-issue new codes to CoolerSomm members if a discount code is published to a wide audience of non-members.
Availability of Goods
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. While every care is taken to ensure the correct availability of items is loaded at all times we receive updates on stock for larger items weekly and it is possible that a low stock item has become unavailable before an order has been placed. In the case whereby goods are not available we will provide a full refund to the customer. We will not compensate the customer for any losses they may suffer in not receiving the goods on time.

Privacy and Personal Information
Wine Refrigeration Cabinets / Coolers
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any wine cabinet or wine cooler ordered from CoolerSomm fits into their allocated space in their home, restaurant, office or final destination. We display the height, width and depth of the wine storage unit on every product page and the customer must ensure the unit is suitable before purchase.
If the wine storage unit doesn't fit into the property or into the allotted space then a return handling fee of between £85-£175+ VAT will be charged.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
