This is a bold and unfiltered wine, showcasing the power and complexity of the Tannat grape. The wine is produced without the use of oak barrels, which is a departure from traditional methods, allowing the pure fruit flavours and natural tannins to dominate the profile.

Operating out of Uruguay, Fallabrino’s winemaking philosophy is centred on minimal intervention, allowing the natural characteristics of the grape and terroir to shine through. His winemaking reflect a rebellious spirit, breaking away from conventional practices to create unique and expressive wines.
