The EuroCave V-059V3 is a compact, single-zone wine maturing cabinet designed for long-term storage and ageing. At 594mm wide, it fits standard kitchen cabinetry or under a worktop and can be installed built-in, integrated behind a matching kitchen door, or freestanding. Its front ventilation system requires minimal rear clearance. Depending on the shelf configuration, it stores 38–47 bottles, with storage, telescopic sliding and display shelves available and mix-and-match options for flexible organisation. The temperature can be set between 5–20°C, while humidity regulation, UV protection, vibration protection, active carbon filtration and a winter function help recreate stable cellar conditions.
Key features include a UV-resistant triple-glazed door, lock, temperature and humidity alarms, touch controls with LCD displays showing actual internal conditions, and a 41dB noise level. The cabinet measures approximately 818–834mm H × 594mm W × 555mm D with a glass door and includes a five-year warranty. Will it fit a standard kitchen unit?

Does it need a gap behind it?
Only minimal clearance. The cabinet vents at the front with an air vent at the base, so there is no need to cut extra holes in your worktop or leave a deep gap at the back. That is what makes it workable in a tight kitchen run.

Between 38 and 47, depending on the shelf pack. The access pack holds 47 by stacking bottles deeper, the premium pack holds 38 with sliding shelves for easier reach.
