OVERVIEW

Made from 100% Chardonnay and aged for a minimum of 15 months, this is a refined and elegant sparkling wine that showcases the unique characteristics of the Jura terroir. It combines freshness, minerality, and complexity. 

FOOD PAIRING INSPIRATION

A brilliant aperitif wine, it pairs well with smoked salmon, oysters, shrimp cocktail, and vegetable crudités.  Seafood dishes like seared scallops, grilled prawns, and ceviche are also a good match,  the wine's acidity and bubbles enhancing the freshness of the seafood. It can also be a good partner to  roast chicken, turkey, or duck, especially when prepared with citrus or herbal glazes.

With a history dating back to 1932, the estate is known for its dedication to traditional winemaking practices and its commitment to expressing the unique terroir of the Jura. The Crémant de Jura is one of their standout sparkling wines, crafted with meticulous attention to detail. This sparkling wine is made using the traditional method, similar to Champagne, which involves secondary fermentation in the bottle to achieve its fine bubbles and complex flavours.
