A delicious dry Riesling from one of the Mosel's most respected producers. Refreshing, lemon and lime and high acidity.

This Riesling would make the ideal dinner party gift and would pair well with any cream based dish, sushi, chicken, tuna, salmon and even roast pork. Highly versatile and aromatic, this wine will delight and yet not overpower lighter dishes.
PRODUCER NOTES
The Selbach family boasts a rich viticultural heritage tracing back to 1661. Presently, Johannes and Barbara Selbach, with assistance from their children, oversee the Mitte Mosel estate. The family manages 25 ha of vineyards in Zeltingen and Graach, including 6.5 ha cultivated using organic methods and the remainder utilizing sustainable practices.
Over half of their vines grow on original rootstocks, with most situated on steep slopes, necessitating manual cultivation and harvesting. In the cellar, the Selbachs strive to highlight the purity of the fruit, relying on a gravity-based must settling process and natural, cool, and slow fermentation. The wines undergo substantial lees contact to enhance texture, fermenting in a combination of traditional old oak foudres and stainless steel tanks. The wines are not fined. While the estate produces traditional Prädikat wines and intensely sweet botrytised wines, their main focus is shifting towards Trocken styles and Großes
