PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The PRO110N's operating temperature can be set anywhere between 5-20°C allowing for the perfect storage of any type of wine from red, white, sparkling to sweet. It can be set to the universal 12°C which will mature both red and white wines, or set at 18°C to cellar the finest Bordeaux, or anywhere in-between, the choice is yours.
How does the PRO110N guard against the four elements that can cause a wine to prematurely age, humidity, sunlight, vibration and temperature? With the latest La Sommeliere technology your wine collection is safe from UV light due to the external casing and UV protected glass door. The humidity is kept at an ideal 55-75% thanks to the humidity control. The anti-vibration technology ensures the wine's sediment is not disturbed and the temperature control, alarmed for fluctuations, ensures your wine collection is held at the ideal temperature.
This wine cabinet benefits from a winter function, which means that even if there are reductions in ambient temperature with the seasons or with night and day your wines are kept at the same temperature.
The La Sommeliere range is manufactured in Europe and comes with a free two years part and labour warranty.

PROS AND CONS - COOLERSOMM'S OPINION
The PRO110N from La Sommeliere is popular with wine lovers who do not want to stack bottles and also want to see their labels thanks to the horizontal shelving system that have been ergonomically designed to take Bordeaux, Burgundy, Rhone and Alsace shaped bottles. The wire shelves pull out very easily and saves time when looking for bottles in the fridge. With a winter system this fridge can be kept in a garage or colder room.
These wine fridges are very popular with restaurants and wine bars thanks to their easy access features, security features, including lock and key and the large number of bottles that can be kept in a relatively small space. The PRO110N is a single zone but thanks to the reversible door it's popular to purchase two of these units and place them together opening from the middle and using one for reds and one for white storage/service.
A drawback of this model would be that the shelving is wire, so if the fridge was used for long term maturation of fine wines and was kept in an area with frequent footfall or vibration disturbance it wouldn't be as good a choice as a unit with wooden shelving.
