PRODUCT OVERVIEW
With two temperature zones and winter heating as standard in the premium edition range, this wine cooler will protect your wine through daily and seasonal fluctuations in warm or cool climates. The Swisscave WLB-460DF-MIX comes with a range of handles, or without a handle, to offer a perfectly centred symmetry for your kitchen, restaurant or bar and can be used as a freestanding or built-in wine cooler.
The front door is triple glazed UV-resistant, gas-filled, with low energy panes equipped and the two cooling zones offering a wide range of temperatures with the white section offering temperatures between 5 - 12°C and the red section between 10 - 20°C. This range of temperatures allows the fridge to be used for long term storing or service for both red and white white.
This wine fridge has two active carbon filters for longer term storage possibilities plus a lock on the door and an audible alarm if the temperature fluctuates meaning your wine collection is well protected. The anti-vibration shelves also ensure against any longer term wine damage. The "winter heating" function also protects against any dips in temperature in the room housing the wine cooler like a garage or conservatory for example.

How many bottles will the SWISSCAVE WLB-460DF-MIX hold?
The shelving on this unit are from the new MIX shelving range meaning that every alternate shelf is optimised for either Bordeaux shaped bottles or Burgundy/Champagne bottles. This makes this unit particularly suitable to the wine lover who has a mix of wine to store.
This unit can hold 152 bottles if all shelves are mounted of different bottle sizes up to 164 bottles with partial shelf removal if all bottles are Bordeaux shaped.
Can I pay for this wine fridge in instalments?

What is the energy rating of this wine cooler?
Pre March 2021 this wine fridge had an energy efficiency rating of "A" but with the changes to the efficiency scale this wine fridge now ranks "G". How do I install this wine cooler?
The Swisscave WLB-460DF-MIX is a front venting wine fridge which means it can be used as either a freestanding wine cooler or have shelving around its sides as an undercounter wine fridge and fit neatly into your kitchen or restaurant design.
If you wish to build shelving or cabinets around your wine cooler it is always best to leave a small gap of at least 1cm to the rear of the unit. You will also need to consider that all SWISSCAVE units have a top panel that protrudes around 1.5cms.

Once an order is placed we will contact you immediately to confirm the order and then within a few working hours you'll receive the delivery survey from our logistics partner allowing you to pick an expedited (1-3 working days) delivery date. If you need delivery later than 1-3 days we can hold the unit until a suitable date for up to three months.
On the date of delivery we will give you a time slot when you can expect delivery and the driver will call one hour before arrival.
