New for 2024, the updated La Sommeliere ECS51.2Z is a freestanding, dual zone wine fridge which is quiet running and energy efficient at just 38dB and 142kwh/annum.
With a capacity of 49 bottles, this wine fridge is ideal for those who wish to keep a small collection of wine at the ideal serving temperature. The bottom section can hold 28 bottles and must be the warmer section if the temperatures are split. The top section is for white wine and can hold up to 21 bottles.
With a climate class of SN-ST, there is a small heating element inside the fridge which means it can operate is slightly colder rooms (down to 10°C) and still hold the wines at temperature. With a lock and key, this is a great wine fridge for bars and restaurants as well as around the home.

The ECS51.2Z can store 49 Bordeaux style bottles at max capacity on its sliding wooden shelves. The bottom shelf can be used for housing larger formats like magnums or Champagne bottles.
The La Sommeliere range does a good job at protecting your wine from the four elements that can hurt a wine's ability to age, light, heat, humidity and vibration. This wine fridge will protect from sunlight damage with the door's UV protected glass, from sediment disturbing vibrations with the anti-vibration system, from humidity with the constant 60-80% humidity range and from heat by the dual temperature zones, both fitted with audible and visible warning systems. There is also a lock and key to protect your wines from marauding teenagers.
The La Sommeliere range is manufactured in Europe and there are a team of UK technicians to support your wine cooler should you need assistance. This product comes with a free 2 year warranty for parts, labour and on-site support.
The Service ECS51.2Z is adaptable to your home with reversible door, attachable wheels and adjustable feet.

How many bottles will the LA SOMMELIERE ECS51.2Z hold?
This wine cooler can hold up to 49 Bordeaux style bottles on 4 wooden shelves. The lower part of the fridge can be used to store larger bottle formats like magnums or champagne bottles.
The best way to optimise space in your wine fridge is to stack the same bottle type (Bordeaux or Burgundy or Alsace for example) on the same shelves.
