PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The three temperature zones work using polyvalent technology, simply by turning off the internal fans and setting the temperature at one point, for example 12°C, you would create three zones of 8°C - 12° - 16°C. This means as your wine collection changes and evolves, you can change the setting of your wine fridge to perfectly age your wines. Alternatively you can use the cabinet at any one set temperature between 6-18°C with the fans turned on.
The DVP180G is an efficient, flexible and attractive wine cabinet but it also contains some of the best wine cooling technology available on the market from Avintage that will protect your wine and is perfect for long term storage and ageing. The UV protected glass door stops any harmful UV rays. The humidity control keeps your wines within the safe 55-85% range which means labels do not dry out and mold doesn't develop. The temperature can be set between 6-18°C and used either at one set temperature for the entire fridge or, using polyvarant technology, create three separate temperature zones, which can store any kind of wine perfectly and the cabinet also comes with a lock so no one can break into your wine cabinet.
The anti-vibration technology holds your wines totally still so no molecules become excited by vibration and the sediment remains still. The charcoal filters ensure no bad odours can develop in the cabinet and the winter system ensures that, even if the ambient temperature dips, your wines remain at a stable temperature. All these failsafes ensure your wine collection matures safely.
This wine cabinet can hold up to 178 bottles of wine and has space for larger bottles like Champagne or magnum formats placed on any shelves of the fridge. There are three different temperature zones that you can set over a wide range of temperatures allowing you to store red, white, sparkling and rose wines at the perfect temperatures.
